Soya bean meal is soya cake. It is what remains after the liquid have been wrung out from soya beans. It is soft homogeneous damp mass without a smell; is is of light - yellow color, with high protein content. Soya bean meal is a by-product from using soya seeds in oil manufacture. The seeds of this nutritious culture known all over the world lose only the "oily" part at processing, leaving ia a waste (which is quite edible even for humans), flattened out "petals" of grains. That is Soya bean meal which besides being rich in protein contains several important mineral substances including calcium, iron, phosphorus, manganese and zinc.


Used in making nutritious food like Soya Bart, Soya Chunks and Soya Granules. Used as a healthy diet food. Good source for extracting soya protein isolate which contains 90% of protein equivalent to milk protein. Used for making defatted soya flour applied in nutritious biscuits. Content of minerals like calcium, Magnesium, iron and folic acid justify its use in pharmaceutical industries also.
